Exchange Policy

You may exchange most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Undergarments, tights & hair products are final sale and unable to be exchanged unless defective.

You should expect to receive your store credit within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive it more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your exchange once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).

If you need to exchange an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to exchange items from your order.


Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally or to Hawaii and Alaska.

Our shipping is a flat rate of $8 per order. We also offer in-store pick up as an option.
